Naventus Corporate Finance has advised Envigas AB on its directed share issue with Consilium as main investor
Consilium AB (publ) invests in Envigas AB, a pioneer producer of high quality biocarbon, bio-oil and biogas.
Envigas thermochemical process is producing biocarbon, bio-oil and biogas based on residues from the forest industry. The company has had a demonstration plant in operation since the beginning of 2019 and is now commissioning its first industrial-scale production facility in Bureå south of Skellefteå. Biocarbon can be used as a reducing agent for the metallurgical industry, bio-oil as an input in refineries and biogas as an energy carrier – all renewable products that help to reduce emissions of fossil carbon dioxide.
