Naventus Corporate Finance AB is a financial advisor in connection with the issue.

ChromoGenics is a pioneer in performance glass for facades with  three product categories under the brand ConverLight:

  • Dynamic glass that changes tone depending on solar radiation
  • Static glass with built-in sun protection
  • Designed panel glass with solar cells

The overall facade concept contributes to reduced energy consumption, wider architectural design and increases quality of life indoors.

ChromoGenics was founded in 2003 in Uppsala, Sweden, and the technology is derived from the world leading research center at Ångström Laboratory at Uppsala University.

Equipped with extensive technical expertise, a strong patent portfolio, containing 18 patent families, has been developed to secure the dynamic product. Dynamic glass, also known as smart glass, can change features , i.a. transparency in order to regulate the amount of sunlight that goes into a building and thereby increase vision and reduce heat. ChromoGenics makes the glass by using electrochromic technology, which is protected by internal know-how as well as patents. ConverLight Dynamic is a highly competitive alternative to sun blinders and other external sun protection and the market shows a strong demand for the product.
